The ARod situation has already been resolved. He will be the Yankee 3rd baseman, and probably bat lower in the order. It is the rest of the team that is uncertain.

ARod has a full no-trade clause. Good luck trying to get him to waive that to go to another team where he'll lose out on the HR milestone bonuses that the Yankees are responsible for if he's on the roster.

Not built for the playoffs, but to think they have no chance of winning 90+ games during the regular season is not good thinking.
