Alabama's emerging deep threat

08:28 AM ET 10.31 | Kenny Bell's speed is no secret at Alabama. His quarterback knows he's fast, his teammates know he's fast and, most importantly, so does Nick Saban. ... All three of Bell's touchdowns this season -- and all five during his Alabama career, for that matter -- have gone for 39 yards or more. His 85-yard catch-and-run against Florida Atlantic is tied for the fourth-longest touchdown reception in Crimson Tide history. ... "Having a threat to be able to do that is helpful to the other parts of the offense," Saban said. That's exactly what Bell, a Rayville, La., native, has been ever since he chose Alabama over the more popular, in-state school in Louisiana. Whenever he returns home, Bell said he still receives some friendly grief.

Kid runs faster than AJ can throw it, that's why he only has 5 TD catches his whole career.

What??? LSU with two losses this year???? IMO, Miss State will beat them too and LSU will end up with three losses going into a bowl game.

So, if I understand the afore-posted "sages" correctly, LSU's record for home night games during Les Miles' tenure will change from 36 - 1 to 36 - 2. Invincible Bama will roll... No doubts. No worries. Absolute certainty.

Alrighty, then.

Lots of doubts. Lots of worries. Just my prediction. It will be very close. LUS is a quality team. I suspect they could be ND & K. State. I see them as the number 3 team right now.

If you must see it Saban's way, pachy, then you know that Bama is capable of loosing any game on their schedule. Their opponents may not be capable of defeating Bama, but the Tide can fail and suffer the consequences.

I'm beginning to like you. LOL

Amari Cooper is turning into a go-to guy for Bama as well. He's a true freshman I think. Can't double team them both without giving up something else.
