Arison denies Riley ultimatum

09:19 AM ET 01.19 | A month after the Dolphins identified the visionary to guide their franchise back to respectability, Heat owner Micky Arison insisted his team already has that face in place. "The Dolphins went out and got their Bill Parcells," Arison said. "I got my Bill Parcells; his name is Pat Riley." Arison also denied ever issuing an ultimatum that Riley either continue in his dual roles of coach and team president or step down completely.

there is no doubt Riley should remain president of the team but Riley's assistnat Ron Rothstein should coach the heat thats obvious.
And improvements need 2 be made 2 improve my heaters asap, rebounding is last in the leauge & free throws aswell thats unexceptable 4 the former nba champs.
J Will hasnt been the same since those injuries, there not always using RIcky Davis rite, & back 2 rebounding when the opposing team shoots the heat run up the court like high skool kids the only real rebounder is Haslem.
Now 2 improve this: trade J Will for Luke Ridnour, trade Smush for Dooling, waive Luke Jackson and return Devin Green from D Leauge, return Marcus Slaughter 2 the heat aswell and waive Joel Anthony and since we lost Mourning pick up Patrick O'Bryant from Golden state &
we should be good the team will be younger and a force 2 deal with like portland.
Heat Starters: Ridnour, Wade, Dorell, Haslem & Shaq
coming off the bench should be: Quinn, Cook, Davis, Marcus Slaughter, Dooling, Devin Green, Blount, Earl Barron, Amir Johnson & Patrick O'Bryant.
