UCLA to wear 'LA Nights' alternate unis

I may change my pick for Saturday's game. That uni could throw off the entire team's rhythym, and they'll lose to 'Zona.

I've said it many times -- trot out special uniforms to pump up things, and that team usually falls flat on their face. Ask South Carolina how well they did against LSU. Or Maryland vs. anyone last year.

(Oregon is an exception - EVERY uniform is different there!)

Why didn't they save these uniforms for the SC game this year. They're hosting it. Make it a new tradition, where USC wears their traditional home colors and UCLA wears some weird monstrosity so they won't recognize themselves when they see footage 10 years later of the 50-0 beat down.

It just makes sense.

If you look good, you should feel good, and if you feel good you should play.....ah, that's right. It's UCLA.

LMAO! That's what I was thinking. And, FWIW, their normal uni's are ugly as HELL! Powder Blue looks great...on a ladies softball team.

The new uni's is a VAST improvement, IMO, and should be made permanent.

Money's on AZ. Momentum and UCLA is up/down. (How do you get beat by CAL?) A lot depends on Scott's health though.
