Jennings unlikely to receive an extension

06:12 PM ET 10.31 | It looks like Brandon Jennings will not be receiving a long-term contract extension to stay with the Milwaukee Bucks. Talks between the two sides are quiet as we approach the October 31 deadline, and it's unlikely that they'll pick up, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Jennings has seen fellow point guards Stephen Curry and Ty Lawson sign new contracts, but the Bucks believe he needs to improve in order to justify a similar commitment. Jennings will be a restricted free agent next summer.
