06:42 AM ET 11.02 | Faith plays a large role in human life. From not knowing where we came from to not knowing exactly what happens after we die, people rely on religion and faith to help guide them through life. But not all of us believe in an afterlife or a higher being. Some of us believe this is it, the life you get is the only one you have and what happens when you die is both irrelevant and not a big deal. Being an American means being able to believe whatever you want to believe ??? or not believe. However if you're trying to get a job with the Indianapolis Colts, you might want to leave your lack of faith off your resume, as it could be the difference between you getting a job and not getting one.

If everyone else is a believer and you aren't, it's not a good place for you. Guess you've never heard of a Management Model called the Northbound train. Basically, it's everyone pulling the rope in the same direction. If you don't even have a rope then find someplace that's a better match.

I believe I'll have another beer.

Darn it.

I really like my Colts beach towel, such a nice blue.

And now I find I'm unworthy to possess it?

I am with you. Do you reckon the Colts have those nearly naked cheerleaders girating to the devil's music on the sidelines at their games? Naw, they are christians, they wouldn't do anything to entice anyone.

Unfair hiring practices? Cry to Jesus, not me. Oh wait...

I don't know about you, but I prefer a woman who screams "Oh God, oh God, OH GOD" all night long, although prefereably not in the next room.

I first mis-read the headline as the Colts discriminating against hiring Atheletes. After last season, it kinda made sense.

Oh...for God's sake!
