01:19 PM ET 11.02 | Eagles quarterback Michael Vick knows he is facing an enormous amount of scrutiny as the Eagles prepare for the national stage -- Monday Night Football against the Saints. Vick says he understands he's struggled and that he needs to turn it up. "I've got to go and play lights out. I've got to play the game and leave it all out on the field and play aggressive and shoot it and run the ball when I feel there is a need to. If I get a seam, get a crack, take it. Just do what I've been born to do, blessed to do." The 3-4 Eagles could use a lights out game from Vick.
