Who are the bigger whiners? The Harbaughs or the Ryans?

Girth wise I'd give it to the Ryans, frequency wise, the Harbaughs

The rule is quite simple to understand and clearly written. Not sure what part Harbaugh does not get? I think that sick feeling he has is from watching game film of his team the last few weeks.

I have not read the rule, how many days before you play do you have to report injuries ? How many days does it take the Vegas odds makers to set the point spread ?

Did anybody ever tell the Harbaugh boys NO! when they were growing up?

Coaches whine to show how committed they are. As for Ryan's versus Harbaugh's, the Harbaugh's win enough that they can whine a bit more.

The Harbaughs never stop whining.

Regarding the oddsmakers, lines for the following week are generally available online late Sunday night (for the following weekend). A typical exception is if the QB is questionable. Typically, no other players will result in the line not being available. An exception to the second part of that is if a "top" RB such as AD of the Vikings is questionable. If AD (AP is NOT correct) is quesionable, generally, the line will be "OFF" until it is clear whether or not he will play. Chris Johnson or Maurice Jones-Drew could have the same effect with a line being "OFF" or not.
Injuries must be reported weekly. I think the required day is Tuesday. The requirement of the injury list is to list players who are Out, Questionable, Doubtful or Probable. Typically Doubful and Probable will play. Questionable will play if the player is able to practice. With the internet and widespread communication some could argue that the injury list is not as important as it previously was. The Ravens will certainly claim that "everyone knew" that Reed was out. (Which is probably true, but rules are rules. Also, I think the Patriots got a rebuke from the Commish about their reporting procedures, so they also now list absolutely everyone they can).

The Ryans are buffoons and clowns, but the Harbaughs win the "Biggest Whiner" award hands down.
