02:39 PM ET 11.04 | Steve Smith hasn't played in a game without catching a pass since the end of the 2006 season. With a reception today against the Washington Redskins, Smith's streak of catching a ball in every game was kept alive. It's been going strong since Dec. 31, 2006 and is a franchise record. Three 1,000-yard seasons later, Smith remains the Panthers' best receiver, and one modicum of success the Panthers can hang their hats on.

QUOTE(#2):

Oh, and Cam looks real

Check again next week, after he's played Denver. If it doesn't all go perfectly he'll pout, piss off his teammates and go right back into crash position. Or everything will click and he'll get to do the Superman thing several times, and then all will be perfect. Until the next game. No arguing the skills, but the head is iffy at best.
