03:23 PM ET 11.05 | Following the Washington Redskins' 21-13 loss to the Carolina Panthers, starting rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III was further evaluated with a rib injury and underwent X-rays. The X-rays were to make sure Griffin did not fracture any ribs after taking a big hit early in the game, per Mike Jones of the Washington Post. The X-rays came back negative but Griffin has soreness in the area. "I'm fine. I'll be ready to go," Griffin said. "No one is ever going to question the fight I have inside myself to be the greatest and to help this team to victory. It doesn't matter what it is, I will make sure that I continue to help my team win games and that it starts right after the bye."

Tonight it looked like Vick didn't get hit as often or as hard when he ran the ball as when he tried to throw; no wonder QBs like to run. But sending RG out with bad ribs and a flack jacket just means he won't be able to dodge as well.

They let the dogs out on Vick last night didn't they!!!!

No need on any team giving up in the nfc east with such mediocrity. I guess the iggles thought anyone could go into the Superdome and win, like The R did week 1.

Uh uh... it ain't that easy.

QUOTE(#1):

He runs too much and Shanahans are going to get him killed in the mickey mouse college offensive scheme.

You recycle whatever you read in these threads.

Welcome to the NFL pal. First you may be fast but so are the linebackers. You may escape some tackles but the ones you don't hurt a lot more. You may make some passes but won't find a lot of wide open receivers like you did at Baylor. Wide open don't happen a lot in the NFL.
Last, it doesn't take long for your opponents to understand your game and the best way to defend it. In your case game 5.
