11:42 AM ET 11.06 | The Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars lead the way for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft. Both teams sit at 1-7 at the season's midway mark while the Chiefs' opponent winning percentage gives them the current tiebreaker. Rounding out the top five are the Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers and St. Louis Rams (via Washington Redskins). With an extra pick from the Redskins, the Rams could be threatening two top 10 picks by the end of the season.

They both need something that resembles a QB. Is there a "franchise" one in next year's draft class?

Yeah that's what I have been hearing, that Barkley has all the makings of another USC bust.
Knowing these two teams, they might as well grab him

The Rams with 2 top 10 picks? That sounds like a ray of hope for QB Bradford. Surely they could find at least 1 decent O lineman.

The Chiefs will get it and draft some defensive lineman from Tulane, because he has good measurables and could one day become disruptive (he won't)
