Family concerns lured Brown to Switzerland

06:49 PM ET 11.06 | Kings captain Dustin Brown could have gone to the KHL earlier this hockey season, but he opted to turn down the money, waiting over a month before recently making the choice to sign with ZSC Lions in Switzerland's National League A. Brown said that family concerns -- the environment, schools for his kids, etc. -- were the chief reason he opted for Switerzerland over another location.
