Changes in Jacksonville won't come until after season

05:11 PM ET 11.07 | Changes could be coming to the front office in Jacksonville but new Jaguars owner Shad Khan says those changes won't come in the middle of the season. "That's not something I would do," Khan told Jacksonville reporters. "That's not me." The calls for change have merit considering the Jaguars are 1-7, which is the worst record in the NFL (tied with the Chiefs). GM Gene Smith has been a hot seat candidate throughout the season.
