06:59 AM ET 11.08 | More than two months into the college football season, a handful of players have emerged into front runners to win the Heisman Trophy. One of those players, wide receiver Marqise Lee, is beginning to make his biggest push of the season thanks to launch of an official "Lee for Heisman" campaign. The University of Southern California put together the highlight package as they made their case for Lee to be named the Heisman winner and a recipient of many other awards. It is hard to argue the case that Lee should be considered among the favorites for the Heisman Trophy because his stats definitely do some talking. This season, Lee has 88 catches for 1,286 yards and 12 touchdowns. He's considered one of the best wide receiver prospects in his class.

Barkley was the media guy. 4 year starter on a high profile team will always be at the front. He never was the best player on our team. I thought maybe Lee benefitted from not being Woods last year. Everyone knows who he is (other DC's I mean) and the guy still abuses their defense. Not saying he is the best player in the country, but I haven't seen anybody better.
