Talks headed through the weekend

08:24 AM ET 11.08 | Another round of marathon talks continued Wednesday, with this session lasting nearly six hours. Interestingly, revenue sharing -- the main platform for the union under executive director Donald Fehr -- was the first topic tackled. ... The fact the talks are long is a positive sign, especially in light of previous sessions where proposals and concepts were dismissed within minutes. Still, that doesn???t necessarily guarantee an agreement is near. It would seem these sessions are headed into the weekend, at the very least, if not next week. There are unconfirmed reports of moving the talks to Toronto next week. Asked whether the path to a new CBA got shorter, one principal remarked, "Hard to say."

When I ran crews there were always some guys that asked a lot of questions.

Talked a lot and did little.

It seems to me that a lot of time was wasted with no talk. Now there is pressure from networks and sponsers, and it's panic mode to advoid a cancelled season. The money lost to all....unthinkable.

LMAO! Hilarious. Although, I do think Amish Mud Wrestling (female) ought to edge out NASCAR?
