Antonio Cromartie believes Jets are still a playoff team

04:57 AM ET 11.09 | The term delusions of grandeur is one that is seemingly lost on New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie. The NFL has notoriously been a no-quit league, but it also tries to be a no-nonsense league, and Cromartie is just full of it. When speaking about the talent of the New York Jets and their direction this year, Cromartie remarked he not only thinks the Jets are going to rebound, but they're making the playoffs. Cromartie may be onto something when he suggests the Jets will turn things around, as their schedule from here on out is relatively easy with just the Seahawks owning a winning record. It's nice that Cromartie still believes in his team with such a terrible record and an even worse outlook. But there comes a time when you just sound crazy, and Cromartie believing the Jets are a playoff team is so far beyond crazy it's comical.
