08:05 AM ET 11.09 | Antrel Rolle was at it again Thursday. [Rolle] has a message for Bengals receiver A.J. Green: Duck. On what had been a usual quiet week for the Giants, Rolle turned up the trash talk Thursday after hearing that Green had said Big Blue's secondary had "a lot of holes." That's all it took to set Rolle off. "I'll talk with my pads come Sunday," Rolle said. "That's how I approach the game. If he sees me, he better duck. That's it. If I get a chance," he added, "I'm coming across." The warning was sent. The always-spirited Rolle will be hunting for Green on Sunday in Cincinnati, looking to make a statement for the entire Giants 'D'. It's a statement the defense failed to make in Week 4.

The mouth that roars... and roars... and roars...

The Bengals are in no position to chirp about anything!

Unfortunately, neither are the Giants, especially with regard to pass defense. As always, they need to put pressure on the QB. If they can't do that, Green will tear them up. I saw him play against us in college and I've never seen anyone better.

I'm not looking for an upset in this game.

It's hard to hit 'em when you can't catch 'em

"Better duck?"

Where's Daffy?

November 9, 2012  09:03 AM ET

Hard to argue with what Green said. The numbers back him up.

The Giants are in every position to say whatever they want. They are defending Super Bowl Champs, are 6-3 and are leading their division. How many Super Bowl rings does Rolle have?

Next Question...

What does stats have to do with this? Rolle can hit and if he pop the Bengals best offensive player out of the game, then the Giants will be in cruise control throughout the game.

Yes, but by the dumbass announcing it in the media, The Ginger Dictator will have the officials watching, and will be ready to fine or suspend him for any questionable hit on Green. He should do his talking on the field.

...all I can say is.... talk is cheap Rolle, best to leave it to the pads! We shall see.

Sorry to burst Rolle's bubble, but Green is right. If Rolle doesn't like kt, maybe he and his mates in the secondary need to stop with the crybaby **** and try to cover their opponents a little better instead of telling them 'they better duck'. The way he is whining, you'd think he played college ball in Austin.

All Green said was true. Right now offense is the Giants big problem. If they fix that, fine. If not, then another ugly November run is in store.

The Giants are 3 games up in the NFC East. I really can't see them failing to win the division. After that, it's anyone's guess.

It's possible they could lose on a Divisional tie-breaker. But not probable

I didn't hear any complaining... he was just having some good ole gamesmanship.
And Giants are in every position to say that, I don't care about stats, I'm a not a stats geek. Play some football, ribbing, yelling, playing, and hitting are all part of the game. Hopefully this can spark something in that secondary and the defense as a whole. Green is a good receiver on an average going nowhere team (they are 2-3 years away from contending in any SB - they just don't have all the right pieces yet). I don't care what he did in College, this is the PROs - less than 50% make it here. College references on here....SMH.

Hail to the Redskins!!

November 9, 2012  10:03 AM ET

Rolle is welcome to hit Green all day but if the hits come after a 15 yard completion, he's not really accomplishing much.

Easy to say that in an off week...

Sunday is a big game for the Giants. After that they play the Packers, Redskins ( always tough for them for some reason), the Saints ( ya better outscore them, cause you are not going to stop them), Falcons, Ravens and then the Eagles ( lost something like 8 of the 9 last times they played them.

The cowboys, stop laughing, have a favorable schedule and are doing a lot of things well. It is really a TWO game lead, not three. Only that loss column is where it matters.

The Giants are not playing well. Period. For three weeks. Can they get it right? Sure.
