12:04 PM ET 11.09 | The rumors are true: now former Strikeforce women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is the first woman to be signed to compete in the UFC. While UFC, Strikeforce and Showtime officials formally declined to comment, multiple reports have confirmed the news. There is no timeline for when she'll first compete nor is there an opponent, but it's widely expected she'll face former Strikeforce featherweight champion Cris 'Cyborg' Santos sometime in 2013 or 2014.
