Routt's next stop is Detroit

12:59 PM ET 11.09 | Free agent Stanford Routt has been linked to a number of teams but it appears his first stop will be in Detroit. Adam Caplan reports that the former Chiefs cornerback will be visiting the Lions this week. Routt is also said to have a visit scheduled with another team. The Chiefs released Routt on Monday, a surprising move considering they had inked to a multi-year deal before the season.
