04:13 AM ET 11.10 | For the second time in a year Devin Ebanks is in trouble with the law, and it begs the question of whether or not he'll be a casualty of the culture change in L.A. This is the second time in a year that Ebanks has had a run-in with law enforcement. Last September Ebanks was charged with sexually assaulting a woman, but the charges were luckily dropped, and Ebanks avoided jail time and punishment from the NBA. The Lakers aren't messing around with their culture right now, and if you don't fit they're not afraid to give you the axe. Ebanks has been productive in the past, but is he on his way out if he can't stay out of trouble?

He's been depressed about his playing time and he felt betrayed that Mike Woods was fired (after he (and everyone else) was told Brown is safe).

In today's justice system - that would win the case. Just show a few pictures of him buried at the end of the bench and the Jury will be in tears :-)
