02:10 AM ET 11.12 | The Baltimore Orioles have expressed interest in Josh Hamilton, but there are some who aren't sure that the outfielder is the right fit for a team that got so much out of their team chemistry in 2012. Hamilton's ability on the field is obvious, but statements from former teammates make one wonder which Josh Hamilton might show up, and how would he meld with another club? He's high risk and high reward. How far will the Orioles interest go?

He would be a major upgrade for the O's if he stayed healthy all season, but if I am them I would take that money and get me two or three players that would help me down the road instead of putting all of my marbles in one basket.

It wasn't chemistry that won all those one-run games; it was a fluke. Look for Baltimore to regress to the mean next year. They should lay low and build for the future. They have a nice team, but they are more than one hitter away from annual competition.
