01:02 PM ET 11.12 | St. Louis Rams rookies Janoris Jenkins and Chris Givens found themselves among the team's inactives for Sunday's tie with the San Francisco 49ers after an unspecified violation of team rules. Head coach Jeff Fisher said after the game that he was still undecided on whether or not the first-year scofflaws would sit next week against the New York Jets. "They violated rules and I deactivated them," Fisher said in comments after the game. "As to whether they play next week or not, I don't know. We'll see." That was the extent of Fisher's comments on the matter.

Wasn't this the same Jenkins that was booted from the Gators football team?

The only thing that came out of that game yesterday was the Rams probably made the bookmakers a lot of money by staying within the line.

Good move by Fisher. All rookies will be hitting the perverbial rookie wall in the next few weeks. Hopefully, this gives both players a few extra productive weeks in their first year.

Do they still get paid for the game when they are deactivated? Jenkins needs that money to support all his kids!
