12:12 AM ET 11.13 | After suffering a concussion on Sunday that forced him to miss the remainder of the game, Michael Vick won't be cleared to return to the starting gig in Philadelphia so the reigns have been handed over to rookie backup Nick Foles. It was reported on Monday that Vick had suffered a "pretty significant concussion" after his head bounced off the turf following a big hit in the Eagles' loss to the Cowboys. It is this injury that will keep Vick out next week, as the severity of the concussion is likely to lead independent physicians to rule Vick ineligible to play against the Redskins on Sunday. Of course, after blindly backing Vick for all these weeks, Andy Reid is now Nick Foles' biggest supporter -- after all, his job pretty much depends on how the rookie does.

No one and I repeat NO ONE stands any chance behind that offensive line.

End of the Vick/Reid era.

About time - karma finally kicked in for Philly - I expect Vick to be back in prison (ala OJ) within two years

Back in prison for what? What about him leads you to believe that he is indeed a criminal. The man paid an unfair debt to society, no crimes against humanity. That comment is not warranted.

I'd be willing to bet that he is back with another team if the Eagles let him walk

For that matter I'll bet that Reid has another coaching job within weeks if they ax him
