07:53 AM ET 11.13 | Nick Foles now has the keys, at least for now. [Foles] will at least have one full week of practice with the first-team offense to prepare for the next time he's pressed into action, which almost certainly will be Sunday against the Redskins. Foles, the Eagles' rookie who replaced a concussed Michael Vick in the second quarter of Sunday's 38-23 loss to Dallas, is slated to take all the practice reps Wednesday and beyond as Vick on Monday was still feeling symptoms. Head coach Andy Reid said Vick won't be ready to practice Wednesday and that Foles is preparing to make his NFL starting debut at loud and rambunctious FedEx Field. Foles would be the first rookie to start at quarterback under Reid since Donovan McNabb in 1999.

Season's in the crapper and so is Reid's job.

Might as well start the kid the rest of the season.

"Nick Foles now has the keys, at least for now."

That's what he reminds me of. The big kid you wouldn't trust with the car. Especially with your daughter.

Wow, they sure are setting Foles up to succeed...

Against the Skins secondary he should look good.

Watch him light us up for 300+ yards.

Skins 0-8 against Rookie QB's.

What the heck. Somebody has to win the NFC East. With the re-emergence of Bad Eli and the re-collapse of the Eagles, the list of options gets more favorable for Dallas and Washington, right?

Foles may struggle, but this is the first step if the Eagles want to start to turn things around. Adios Vick and good riddance - athletically gifted but undisciplined with a low football IQ. And not even that athletically gifted any more.

There should be a rule that stadiums have to be named for the largest contributor. I know that means there would be a whole lot of places called "Taxpayer Stadium," but that wouldn't be any more confusing than the current situation. Where the hell is "FedEx Field?"

Iggles fans--you are getting your wish. Same way you wanted Kolb to play over McNabb...same way you wanted Vick to play over Kolb....see where Im going here...?
