NCAA puts Penn State merch back up after outcry

03:08 PM ET 11.13 | After it was pointed out that NCAA.com's official shop was selling merchandise for just about every college program in the country except for the sanction-plagued Penn State Nittany Lions, the site's staff and suppliers went back and forth about what caused the omission before blaming a glitch and returning PSU gear to the site.
