08:08 AM ET 11.14 | On the upside, Avery Bradley's shoulders are fine. His rehab from surgery is proceeding apace, and he's hoping to be cleared for contact in as soon as a couple of weeks. But it's difficult for the third-year guard to see the Celtics struggle. And at some point, we're going to have to come to grips with the fact this club misses Bradley more than people are inclined to believe. "So hard," he said in regard to the woes of watching. "It's to the point sometimes where I don't want to sit on the bench." ... The main reason offered for the 4-3 start has been the integration of new players, but perhaps that's minimizing what Bradley means to the operation. When he finally became a starter last year, his defense spurred a revival for the Celts on that end of the court.
