02:21 PM ET 11.14 | The Chicago Bears signed an extra backup quarterback this week (Josh McCown) which suggested Jay Cutler may not be recovered from his concussion in time to play on Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers. The Bears have not said either way whether Cutler will be available. "We are still evaluating him," Bears head coach Lovie Smith said. "He is meeting with people." Cutler's status may not be known until game day.
