04:22 PM ET 11.14 | Many of the parties involved are still not thrilled that DeMarcus Cousins got suspended for two games for confronting San Antonio Spurs broadcaster Sean Elliot last Friday. The NBA Players Association filed an official appeal on Wednesday asking the league to "exercise more subtlety and discretion" when doling out punishments like this. Cousins himself also issued a statement apologizing for the "distraction" he created, but he too made clear that he felt the punishment was "unwarranted." Cousins has already sat out two games, but by winning his appeal, he would receive his game checks back.

He also lives a multi million life style....You are living whatever pay life style your job creates and if you for whatever reason gets fined by your job your going to complain also. So to call him an idiot moron is moronic in itself. Now with that said he should not have put himself in that position.
