Obviously, the team has underperformed, but does it really pay for him to come down hard on the players now and break their spirits? Frank doesn't think so, and he explained why in an interview on Wednesday. "It's always easier to be harder when you're winning," Frank said after team's shootaround before Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. "The reality is you learn from losing, you really do. When you win, guys naturally feel good about themselves but there's also a complacency element. That's when, as a coach, you're on them harder."
