08:09 AM ET 11.15 | Al Jefferson returned to his first NBA home Wednesday night as a member of the Jazz, and he's certainly open to a longer stay in the future. With his size, experience and skill set, it's a given that Jefferson will be one of the more sought-after players this summer when he becomes a free agent. ... "This is my first home," said Jefferson, who added that he loves it in Utah because they do things the right way, "kind of like Boston." "This will always be my home away from home, first place I've been; gave me a chance when nobody else did," added Jefferson. "If that (returning to Boston) ever happened, I'd love to do that again. But right now, it's all about taking care of business and finishing the season off right."

Sounds like the night life in Salt Lake City isn't his favorite.

Is he really a shoe-in for a max contract ?

QUOTE(#10):

morning dude... Yeah, I saw it... J-Green needs to play like that every game. he's playing better and better, every game.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

Other than some flashes of play, Green is pretty much a fraud. He never has or will be a consistent performer. Waste of money.

The Jazz have too many front court players waiting for playing time. Jefferson, or Millsap will most likely be moved for cheaper alternatives . I have a feeling it will be Jefferson since he is in the last year of his deal he is making the most money, could walk and would bring them back the most in return.

The Jazz already offered Milsap the max extension they could offer under the CBA and Milsap turned it down. He is worth a lot more than that because his last contract was heavily front loaded (a poison pill from Portland).

I fully expect Utah to let Jefferson go either at the end of the year or a sign-n-trade situation and resign Milsap.

Jefferson is a work horse and he has improved his game substantially since coming to Utah. I'm sure wherever he ends up, that team will be very pleased.

Utah will pay significantly to keep either Milsap or Jefferson, I don't see them keeping both next year.

If we can't get Cousins or Josh Smith... I'll happily settled for Big Al Jefferson. He's a work horse....
