03:20 PM ET 11.15 | The Indiana Pacers made a major commitment to Roy Hibbert when they signed him to a four-year, $58 million contract extension this summer, but so far, Hibbert hasn't justified the trust. An all-star last year, Hibbert is averaging just 8.2 points and 7.9 rebounds per game while hitting only 39 percent from the field for a 3-6 team. In Hibbert's case, the issue may be that he's trying too hard to justify the new deal. "It???s very frustrating,??? Hibbert told NBA.com. "It's very hard to get into a rhythm ??? personally. I think I'm doing good defensively, but offensively I need to get going and help the team out. I want to do more than I have been. I have to figure out a way to get that done."
