08:07 AM ET 11.16 | Michael Vick, who went to the Eagles' facility Thursday for treatment before returning home, is still recovering from the concussion that is expected to sideline him for, at least, this week. "He is feeling a little bit better day-to-day," coach Andy Reid said. Reid did not sign a third quarterback because he thinks the Eagles are fine with Nick Foles and Trent Edwards. Reid would not say whether that confidence suggests Vick might not have a prolonged absence. ... If something were to happen to both Foles and Edwards on Sunday, the Eagles would be down to an emergency quarterback. That is usually Jason Avant, but he's sidelined, too. Wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin are both possibilities for the emergency quarterback role.
