08:27 AM ET 11.16 | Kirk Ferentz may say he's forced to prepare for both Denard Robinson and Devin Gardner, but many believe the former will not start Saturday for the Wolverines. [Brady Hoke] stuck to his standard line on the "Stoney and Bill" show on WXYT-FM (97.1) [Thursday] morning, saying Robinson "is day-to-day right now" with his injured right elbow. But when asked whether he would put him on the field for at least a play -- even if he wasn't healthy -- so he could get a send-off from U-M fans, he said he'd consider it. "That would be something I would think about," Hoke said. ... He also didn't rule out using Robinson at a position other than quarterback, saying, "I don't know. The health of him and all those things are the things we're concerned about."

What a Joke!

Hate to see any senior unable to play their last home game. Special moment they should all enjoy.

OK, if Shoelace is unfit to play, take care of his health and hold him out of the game. Let him dress, and if the situation arises, put him in on a 3rd & 4-or-less for a snap-count attempt to draw Iowa offsides where a delay of game penalty improves the position for a strategic punt or the angle for a field goal attempt.

QUOTE(#6):

I think he can play... just not QB....Like we said before, put him in the slot... jet sweep..Or put him and run the read option..

IMO....he could be a Willie Gault caliber player if given the chance.

I knew i was getting old when the son's of the dads that i watched growing up have started to retire. (Bonds, Griffy, Boone) I know there are others but due to my age my memory isn't so good.

Does anyone think he has a future in the NFL at a position other than quarterback?

November 16, 2012  10:09 AM ET

Does he go the NFL drafted or undrafted (or not at all)?

A guy with that kind of speed and athleticism, someone will take a late round flyer on him, see if he can be turned into a WR.
