11:31 AM ET 11.16 | Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will be out for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins in Week 11 due to his concussion, according to NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport. Andy Reid previously labeled the concussion as "significant". With Vick and his status going forward presumably unknown at this point, rookie quarterback Nick Foles will start on Sunday against the Redskins. In filling in for the injured Vick in last week's 38-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, Foles was 22-of-32 passing for 219 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Lots of reps might help. The way he was thrown out there Sunday made him look rusty.
