Maryland, Rutgers to Big Ten?

B1G had a deficit of buttugly unis, therefore the Maryland grab.

I wonder how Mizzu feels about this? They got voted down, now the B10 is looking at adding Maryland. That's kinda funny right there!

Maryland is a stronger academic institution. If other conferences had stayed at 12 schools, I think the B1G would have stayed put.

The outlier in the B1G expansion is Nebraska; not an AAU member, not strong academics and not a large population center.

I majored in agriculture and as far as I know The Big Red can hold it's own with any land grant school in the B1G 10 Conference. All the schools in the conference are excellent but let's be real. If you have skills with a basketball or a football and are an average student, excluding Northwestern, the other schools can get you in.

Seriously?? Have you ever been to Jersey?? There is a reason n one has claimed UNi of NJ. Jets have that stakes out.

They are a donor school. All of their graduates go elsewhere for work. Have to show their arrogance, so they must be Big 14 material.
