09:12 PM ET 11.17 | New York Jets RB Bilal Powell (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams. Powell was knocked out of last week's Seahawks game with a concussion, but ESPN's Rich Cimini has reported that he will suit up this week. Powell has struggled with injuries this season--he missed two games with an ankle sprain--to the tune of just 35 carries for 138 yards and zero TDs.
