09:32 PM ET 11.17 | San Francisco 49ers QB Alex Smith (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Monday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. Smith was forced out of last week's Rams with a concussion, but was quickly cleared to resume football activities. He got limited practice in and is expected to get the start. Colin Kaepernick filled in for Smith against the Rams and "led" the team to a wild tie game.
