Richard Petty: 'Hypocritical' NASCAR made up cell phone rule

For sure this is typical hypocritical Nascar........but come on.....do they really need cell phones in the race car when they have enough communication equipment already?

For the record, I think fining Brad was totally wrong.......but they should make a ruling on this, one way or the other.

Easy to understand the hypocrisy though.......did anyone see the press conference yesterday by Brian France........now there is a person who needs to be tested for drugs.......he is mega stunnedand dopey.......with a big dab of stupid.....how could someone with that low a brain capacity ever remember one rule from one day to another.

at least johnsons problems at homestead(bad luck) didn't affect the outcome of the championship. Brad K would have won it anyways with his finish even if johnson would have won. Busch had already led the most laps ect.
