02:08 PM ET 11.18 | First it was Kevin Kolb. Then it was John Skelton. And now the Arizona Cardinals quarterback is Trevor Lindley. The Cardinals benched Skelton in Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Despite three interceptions from the Falcons, the Cardinals only have 13 points. Skelton is 2-of-7 for six total passing yards. That the Cardinals would bench Skelton with a lead shows how unhappy they are with him. The Cardinals will be shopping for a quarterback after this season.

Generally, when you have a QB competition, neither guy is the answer.

yeah, or else the coach is a total idiot and can't recognize the better player.
This is not a good season to be QB shopping--not much potential out there, unless you think Kiffin has screwed up Barkley and a different coach can fix him.

Shouldn't they be shopping for a head coach while they're at it? Arizona should have no problem selecting a seasoned HC with plenty of experience coaching underachieving teams - and at a bargain-basement price.

A cornerback, apparently. His agent really needs to contact the Cardinals, ASAP. They might give him a go at QB.
