08:08 AM ET 11.19 | Washington Redskins rookie signal-caller Robert Griffin III is making his impact felt early in his career. During the Redskins' dominating win over NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles, Griffin threw the NFL's version of a perfect game. Griffin completed 14-of-15 passes to nine different receivers. Ht totaled 200 yards through the air with four touchdowns, which got RG3 the always elusive 158.3 passer rating on the afternoon. He added 84 yards on the ground and had no turnovers in the game. The 158.3 passer rating is as good as it gets for a NFL quarterback. While it appeared that the Redskins mortgaged their future to move up in the 2012 NFL Draft to select Griffin with the second-overall pick, the youngster out of Baylor is already showing the Redskins and their fans what they paid for.

Nicely done, RG3. I expect you will kick ass the rest of the year.
Then, let's see if you pull a Cam Newton in year two.

In Seattle they will do the wave instead. But they may do it with just the middle finger extended.
Seriously, though, he had a fine day.

I've been really pleased with his play. He seems like a really good kid attitude wise, serious, talented, humble, team-oriented. Now if he can only avoid being killed with that O-line guarding him. Obviously you don't put him in the Hall of Fame after 10 games. Maybe 11?

more proof that the Passer Rating is useless and Passer Efficiency Rating in more valuable.
seriously, he threw 15 passes. Tebow threw more than that during Tebowmania...

Not just 15 passes. 15 passes against a train wreck of a defense.

never understood why reid chose castillo as a defensive coordinator...the guy was an offensive line coach? sure he knew defenses in terms of anticipating and attacking them from the O side of the ball...but doing that and coordinating an entire defense are two diff things
