Lin on playing for D'Antoni: 'Time of my life'

04:29 PM ET 11.19 | Jeremy Lin has found his new home with the Houston Rockets to be pretty pleasant, but he couldn't help but reflect one more time on the New York Knicks' decision to let him go in free agency. Speaking before his Rockets took on Mike D'Antoni's Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, Lin admitted that he would have likely still been with the Knicks if D'Antoni wasn't fired by New York in the middle of last season. "If he was still there, honestly, I would guess I'd have a higher chance of being there,??? Lin said. "But I think the decision at the end was a management decision and I actually don't know for whatever exact reasons. But I really enjoyed playing for him. It was kind of the time of my life."
