04:50 PM ET 11.21 | Just two days after facing his former team on Monday Night Football, Chicago Bears starting left guard Chilo Rachal was placed on the organization's reserve / left squad list according to Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times. The 26-year-old Rachal has been a fixture in Lovie Smith's offensive line since moving into the starting lineup in Week 3, but reportedly left the organization due to "personal reasons" on Wednesday. Rachal signed a one-year deal with the Bears in the offseason after wrapping up his first four years in the league with the San Francisco 49ers.

That offensive line is a revolving door anyway. Rachal could effectively be replaced with a cardboard cutout and it would provide similar production. Webb has already been encouraged to walk out next
