Kiffin won't be forced to fire assistants

Fire Monte, and hire a full time OC Lane. It might be your best hope for future employment at SC.

Thanksgiving would have been real interesting in the Kiffin Household if it had been otherwise.

Monte should resign. Don't make your kid take the heat. The defense has been terrible. Own up and stop being a distraction.

Would those recommendations include a HC choice of Haden's choosing?

Nope. I think Lane deserves one more year for guiding us into sanctions and still pulling terrific classes. JMHO.

I agree. Not quiiiiite a disaster, but...

When you enter the season as the #1 team, have the clear Heisman front-runner under center, and a bevy of 4-5 star recruits...You damn well need to do better than 5 losses, and the Trogans will finish with at least that many. Monte Kiffin isn't the only coach at U$C who needs to go.

1. Lane was hired to be fired
2. I am a season ticket holding vol so I have more reason to hate lane than anyone else on the planet
