08:07 AM ET 11.22 | Is Robert Griffin III in for a long day? RGIII won the Heisman Trophy last year at Baylor by picking apart defenses with his legs and his arm. He's smart, savvy and opportunistic. "He is a special player," Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan said. "That's why they traded half a team to get him. Obviously, he's a tremendous athlete and they say he is a hell of a kid. I don't like him, but I know he is very talented. This game looks like it's in slow-motion for him already and hopefully we speed it up a whole lot this week." ... "The big thing is we have to hit these guys hard. That's the big thing. We have big football players out there on defense and we plan on hitting them hard. And that's what is going to happen. Hopefully he will have a bad Thanksgiving."

QUOTE(#4):

I feel like the Ryans are the kings of giving the other team bulletin board material. Or in Wes Welker's case, press conf. material.

The interns wanted to lead with a really fowl article.

Of course he hates him... knowing he has to play against him twice a year as long as he's in Dallas is probably gonna get him fired somewhere down the line....

Happy Thanksgiving all

When you've got Tony Romo leading your offense, you don't need to like Robert Griffin. ;-)

Rob Ryan had a lot to say before the Browns game too... and Dallas struggled to beat them.

This made me laugh.

Ryan is right about making sure the defense is hitting hard.

That's the best way to slow down RGIII. He was crying after Week 2 because teams were hitting him too hard - so it definitely bothers him.

And then the hit he took against Sean Weatherspoon would be the obvious example. Not that I condone injuries. But when a QB scrambles out of the pocket and starts off downfield the defense needs to blast him hard enough (good hard, clean hits) to make him think twice about leaving the pocket again.

RGIII is conditioned to running for his life. He played behind the Baylor O-Line!

Obviously, he's got a tremendous stomach and they say he is a hell of a loudmouth. I don't like him.
