Bobcats captain a week away

08:12 AM ET 11.22 | For now, Charlotte Bobcats captain Gerald Henderson's running will be largely confined to what's called an Alter-G machine. It sounds like at least another week before [Henderson] will be well enough to play again. In an exclusive interview Tuesday with the Observer, Henderson said his sprained left foot is still sore and he hasn't been cleared for full activity on the basketball court. "I'd say around a week. I'd have to be able to run and jump first and get a couple of practices in to get myself in decent enough shape because I've missed some time," he said after a session of shooting and ball-handling. Henderson suffered the injury during the second half of the Nov. 3 road loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

I don't know about that. In the crappy East, if they can get to 37 games, that might be worth a 7-8 seed.

Raptors let this one slip away as like the night before.
Can't finish games well.

The coach is doing great. He got the young players playing hard and playing all out. Kemba and MKG are putting their imprint in the game or is it the Brendan Haywood effect? lol

in the early part of this season, dunlap is the coach of the year. What he's done with a bobcats roster that was in essence the same as last year plus MKG is incredible. He has them playing hard and fighting every night. Critics may scoff at this, but the bobcats are only one player away from being a 5-8 seed in the east and 2-3 players away from being a real threat out east. Michael giving up gm duties and dunlap may get this thing back on track in CHA, good for them.

The way that Henderson jumped off the bench after there last win, I would think he's about ready to rebound. It's sure great watching the Bobcats play now and they're so young, they play like they've been together for a few years. They can only get better, like a good wine. Really like this coach . If I had too rate him a 1 to 5 , I'd rate him a 10 . Whoops Now lets make the playoffs . It can be done. The empty seats are starting too fill in now and it's taking a little longer too exit after the games. Crowd control will be needed if this keeps up, I hope Lets go Bobcats It's time ......
