09:31 AM ET 11.25 | The Marlins are shopping shortstop Yunel Escobar, acquired from Toronto. If he's dealt, that could leave Greg Dobbs and Kevin Kouzmanoff at third base, because Escobar is slated to play third if the Marlins can't find a taker.

The Jays have tried to move him with no takers. He will probably be traded at the trading deadline with the Fish already out of it.

I think if the Marlins were allowed to field a team with no players, Loria would do it. I'm not a Marlins fan, but feel bad for what fans are left after another salary dump fiasco. It's embarrassing for MLB. Selig needs to make this guy sell the team. Playing this bait and switch crap with a city that was duped into building him him a brand new stadium is just BS.
