Andrew Bynum out indefinitely in Philly

02:02 PM ET 11.25 | When Andrew Bynum wound up in Philly after the hectic Dwight Howard trade to the Lakers, everyone thought that the Magic were the team getting screwed in the deal. Turns out the Sixers may be the team on the shortest end of the stick, as at least the players that Orlando got in return are actually playing (albeit not well). Sixers GM Tony DiLeo spoke today and stated that after controversially re-injuring his knee while bowling, the Sixers have officially ruled Bynum out indefinitely, which means there is absolutely no time table for his return to the team. He also said that Bynum's knees are far worse than they were when he was traded to Philly.

QUOTE(#1):

We had a Bynum thread earlier but they deleted it. It had 200+ posts on it.

It is because the thread got injured as well.

How can your knees get worse after the trade? Is bowling more of a contact sport than I realized?

While the trade looked pretty good on paper, it is now turning into a nightmare situation for Philly. Sad that such a talented player is succumbing to multiple injuries to their knee's yet again (Hill, McDyess, ill even add Oden because my personal opinion he would have been a top 5 center). But considering the kind of guy Bynum is i don't feel to bad.

Go Wiz!

Buy him/Waive him... and leave him to some other sucker. I said it before and I'll say it again... "Make this dude earn his way back into the league."
