05:26 PM ET 11.25 | The Kansas City Chiefs have the "lead" over the Jacksonville Jaguars for the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft following Sunday's games. Though they held a 9-7 lead at one point over the Denver Broncos, the Chiefs eventually succumbed to the inevitable for a 17-9 loss. With Jacksonville's 24-19 victory over the Titans, the 1-10 Chiefs are projected to have the No. 1 selection in the NFL Draft, where they may target a quarterback to help out a potentially formidable running game with Jamaal Charles out of the backfield. Brady Quinn started under center this week, but finished just 13-for-25 passing for 126 yards and an interception.

OK, so who do they go for? There is no obvious QB for a number one pick. How about drafting Teo and then trading their 2nd and 4th round picks for Matt Flynn?

Best idea I have heard in a while. But it risks trading for another Matt Cassel--looks good in limited duty, not so much in a full season.
Another option might be to put the rest of the team together, figuring either Cassel will look better on a better team, or if not, they can draft a QB next year.
