No word on Forte's injury

06:16 PM ET 11.25 | Not only did the Chicago Bears lose Devin Hester and Charles Tillman in Sunday's 18-point victory over the Minnesota Vikings but they also saw star running back Matt Forte go down with an ankle injury. The Bears running back limped off the field in the second half and did not return. Forte missed time with a high ankle sprain earlier in the season which could be a cause for concern. He did walk off the field under his own power. The Bears can't afford to lose him as the playoffs loom.

Truthfully, no big loss. I haven't been impressed with Forte's performance at all this year. He hasn't done much. Besides, the Bears have other weapons that can step right in.

I haven't been that impressed either, but let's see Bush (or whomever) succeed where Forte has failed before we start drawing those conclusions.
