Schwartz and his DC both seem to have tempers of their own. That's not going to help much.

It's not just Suh. On the crucial touchdown-that-shouldn't-have-been, only one Detroit player was chasing the Houston player, and he wasn't fast enough to catch the guy. The rest of the team sort-of forgot that the play continues until the officials blow their whistles.

Then the coach was unaware that all scoring plays are reviewed, so he threw the challenge flag...proving he was also unaware of the absurd challenge rule. I can almost understand not being aware of the details of the challenge flag rule, since that would rarely come into play, but this was the 11th game of the season, and Schwartz still hadn't noticed that both turnovers and scoring plays are always reviewed. Where has he been all year?

I can't really fault the defense on that play for not tackling the guy TWICE. If they had, it would've been a 15 yard penalty and possibly a fine.

In fairness to Schwartz, he doesn't have to sit through all the extra commercials while they're doing all these reviews, so maybe he hasn't noticed.

When a TD is scored, it's time to hit the head and then refill at the beer fridge. You won't miss anything for at least 5 minutes, and that's just going to be a touchback, anyway.

Ndonkeykong Suh is lucky there is football. Without a job where he gets to hit people, he'd probably already be doing life without parole.

This is a really stupid rule. "Sorry, you threw your challenge flag so we're not going to review the play. Nyah, nyah."

well at least the rule exist unlike the one that gave the superbowl to the patriots which they made up to not look stupid or cator to tom brady.
